Notes:
- Preferable to take the home game in Thursday games. Miami is 1-3 in their last 4 games and Ryan Tannehill is out. The Dolphins have also lost Albert Wilson to IR.
- The Eagles are another team that has gone 1-3 in their last 4 games and their next two against Jacksonville and Dallas are arguably must-win games ahead of their 11/18 game at New Orleans.
- Quincy Enunwa and Bilal Powell are out for the Jets at Chicago.
- The Bengals are coming off 2 losses to good teams (Steelers, Chiefs) but should rebound at home against the Buccaneers.
- At worst Seattle should keep it close in Detroit. And they are coming off a bye week.
- Doubtful that the Broncos' offense can keep up with Patrick Mahomes.
- Surprising to see the NY Giants favored when their record is 1-6.
- The Steelers are starting to get on a roll and the Browns are a flat tire.
- The Ravens-Panthers game is a difficult one to pick - going with the Panthers as they do well in close games and are at home.
- It's looking like the Raiders are going to tank for better draft picks.
- The 49ers lost 28-18 at home against Arizona on 10/8 and haven't improved since.
- The Saints have a better point differential (+41 to +12) than the Vikings and will not want to go into next week's game off a loss vs. the Rams.
- Picking the Patriots to beat Derek Anderson is easy - predicting by how much is more difficult. But 14 points is a lot to cover against a division opponent.
